Shipping and Returns
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. If any products arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include pictures of the box and the unit itself. Without pictures, we will not be able to issue refunds as we cannot determine if the fault lies with the shipper or the packaging. Refunds/exchanges are only considered for items returned in their original, unused condition.
To initiate a return, please email 2sonscandleco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how and where to ship the items. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing times vary, but we aim to ship most orders within 2-5 business days. If your order takes longer than 5 days to process, we will notify you via email. Thank you for your patience and support.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Most shipments arrive within 3-7 days after being picked up by the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
For parcels that are lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to raise the issue. 2 Sons Candle Co., LLC is not responsible for late or missing deliveries once valid proof of shipment and a tracking number have been provided.
