Shipping and Returns

 
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Should any products arrive damaged please contact us immediately and include pictures of the condition of the box and the unit itself. Without pictures we will not be able to issue refunds as we cannot determine if fault lies with the shipper or the packaging itself.
We try our best to approve refunds and accept all items returned to us but please understand we may not be able to approve all situations.
To return an item, please email 2sonscandleco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and further directions from us on how and where to ship the items.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
 
PROCESSING TIME:
Processing times vary, Megan and Kevin both work full time jobs and have two young boys at home. They will do their best to get most orders out in 2-5 days. You will be notified you should there be any delays longer than 5 days. We appreciate your patience and support.

REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange as soon as able. We will confirm once refund has been processed.

SHIPPING:
Shipping times vary based on method of shipment chosen. Most shipments will arrive within 3-7 days after picked up by the shipper. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left us. We include tracking numbers with all orders so you can track where your package is in real time.
A tracking number will be sent via email after each order is fulfilled. For parcels that are deemed lost or are significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact the shipper (USPS, UPS, etc…) directly to raise the issue. 2 Sons Candle Co., LLC cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries, whereupon a valid proof of shipment and valid tracking number has been provided.

*Our products are handmade and all natural, with this added value comes slight variations in each batch which are naturally occurring. Most variations are cosmetic only and will have no adverse effects on the performance of the product.
