Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds or exchanges are only considered for items that arrive damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was sent. All other sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.

Damage claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, not purchase. Please include clear photos showing the shipping box (with label visible), interior packaging, and the product itself. Without this documentation, we are unable to assess the cause and issue a refund.

To initiate a return, please email 2sonscandleco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how and where to ship the items.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing times vary, but we aim to ship most orders within 2–5 business days. If your order takes longer than 5 days to process, we will notify you via email. Thank you for your patience and support.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

Unauthorized chargebacks filed before contacting us will be disputed with the payment processor, as we provide tracking and proof of shipment.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Most shipments arrive within 3–7 days after being picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

If your tracking number shows the order as 'Delivered' but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.

If a shipment is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

2 Sons Candle Co., LLC is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

FINAL SALE

All sale items and discounted products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
