Craftsmanship

Craftsmanship for us means many things; from sourcing the best materials, to testing and developing new products and scents, all the way to production and shipping. We aim to produce a high quality product that not only looks good, but performs as expected. 

All of our candles are poured in small batches, anywhere between 12-50 candles usually. This guarantees that we are hands on the whole process and can easily identify if there are any defects in our processes or materials used. 

Before each new product is released it will go through extensive testing called a "burn test". This is done to ensure each candle will meet our goals for safety and performance. We follow a premade set of testing procedures that can be found here.

We also strive to put out material that helps to educate owners on the best way to use their candles. We include with every order; a 'Candle Care Card' that has a few suggestions on how best to burn your candle. We also put out content on our Instagram page that helps to educate as well, check us out here! Lastly we will have information on our blog page that will get more in depth.
